This advertisement is for an OPS position located at Statewide Records Retention Center in Raiford, FL.

SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT PAY POLICY.

SPECIFIC DUTIES &
Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of classification files and incoming filing material to be scanned into a database (OnBase).
  • Identifying document type and file orders.
  • Identifying and assigning the batch class of the prepped documents for purpose of identifying job process and completion.
  • Retrieval of boxes and files for processing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to sort and file documents in a variety of ways.
  • Ability to alphabetize and file documents.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to lift 40lbs.
  • Ability to perform manual labor for prolonged periods.

REQUIRED
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • One year of clerical experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
